When purchasing vintage please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final. 

We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability and multiple photos are provided with each listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore these items have been previously worn and loved and will show some signs of wear. All items are sold as-is. When purchasing from MEEK Vintage you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available. 
72 Hour Exchange Policy
While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items that may have been misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 72 hours of your order being delivered. 
If an agreement is reached for the order to be returned for exchange/store credit, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication. Shipping cost will be your responsibility and all items must be insured.
Returns based on wrong fit or color variance will not be considered. We carefully measure our items and you are welcome to ask for additional measurements or further notes on fit prior to a purchase. All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable. 
Buyer Responsible For Return Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of MEEK Vintage (ie Paypal/credit card fees).   
Final Sale Items
All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange. All LINGERIE, JEWELRY, SWIMWEAR, and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.   
Using Your Store Credit
Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 6 months of issue. 

All items are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Shipping rates vary per item and have been carefully calculated by weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates.

Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. Domestic shipments are sent Priority Mail and take 2-4 business days. International shipments are sent First Class and take around 5-20 business days (and in rare cases can sometimes take up to a month). If you'd like a speedier delivery please let us know beforehand and we can make arrangements.

DISCLOSURE: MEEK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. By placing an order with MEEK, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to MEEK in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
